One of the things we wanted to use the RuneFest back stage blog for was to talk a bit about some of the challenges and problems we face while putting the event together. Hopefully we’d then get to write something clever about how we then rose to that challenge or fixed that problem. This week’s backstage blog is via the magic of video! A couple of weeks ago SJ and I went to London to check out the venue and meet up with some of the people helping us put the event together. The video starts off with the trip to the venue, whips around the top floor of the venue before introducing the lovely Lisa and Scott. Woohoo, in first! It’s now June 1st, and as I type, we’re checking that the RuneFest 2011 website works how it should, are getting the text checked and preparing the forum threads so that when the site launches, everything works….  well that’s the theory anyway.
